The location is amazing, right next to the ADO bus station and the main square. Plus, there's a quirky folk museum just a short walk away from here! 😊.

Modern hotel, I liked it. The beds were very comfy and the room was air-conditioned and fairly quiet.

The room we had was nice and came with a really comfy bed.

Here at this place, the staff is super chill and accommodating, plus the internet connection is top-notch! the room had everything you need - a safe, a TV with lots of channels, and even a set-up to make tea and coffee ☕. Loved that!

We had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Although the portions were a bit small, the taste made up for it. The hotel is located in a great area close to the main square, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange a tour guide to visit the biosphere nearby. Tehuacan is a hidden gem, and we were pleasantly surprised by its charm. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

the location was incredible, very close to Tehuacan Cathedral. the staff were extremely helpful. 3. We could use wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. 4. the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed.

Great location, secure parking, breakfast buffet included, laundry room and gym, good wifi, great shower.

The hotel was located in a convenient area close to the main attractions. The staff was polite and helpful when I had questions. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to have a good night's rest.

The food was cold and not fresh. I was not satisfied with the variety of food offered.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the spa and wellness center was exceptional and included a Jacuzzi and various beauty treatments such as manicure and facial. the sun terrace was perfect for relaxation. the restaurant served delicious meals and even accommodated my special diet requests. In-room breakfast was a major advantage.

The only minor issue was that the leisure/ TV room could have had more comfortable seating. my experience at this venue surpassed my expectations.
